Gold-filled is an actual layer of gold that is pressure bonded to another metal such as brass or sterling silver. It’s not to be confused with gold-plating, as gold-filled has 100% more gold than gold-plating. Gold-filled is also much more valuable plus, it is tarnish-resistant if taken care of properly. Returns will only be approved if requested within 7 days of an order's arrival.
We require you email us so that we can issue a Return Authorization number.
Please email info@goldfine-jewelry.com and include your first and last name and order number.
Once reviewed, we will email you a return authorization number and you can send us your return using a trackable courier of your choice, or request our prepaid USPS label.
If you decide to use our pre-paid USPS return label, a return shipping fee of $12 USD (for returns within the 48 contiguous states) or $30 USD (for returns from Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund.
For exchange requests, your exchange will be shipped upon availability and we will email the replacement items tracking number upon dispatch. An additional shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please note that any exchanges may require additional tax/duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages during the return and exchange process, which is why we require all returns to be sent by a trackable shipping courier.

We will repair any purchase that was made from goldfine-jewelry.com. Please email info@goldfine-jewelry.com with an image of your item and request a repair estimate. Fees are contingent upon the type of repair and the materials needed for the repair. Repairs take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for completion.
